1. Cheque in favour of "SMC GLOBAL SECURITIES LIMITED NPS TRUST ACCOUNT".
2. Two passport size photo.
3. Self attested copy of Pan card copy and address proof
4. Duly filled Central KYC Form
5. Dully filled NPS Opening Form (with signature of column no. 11 & 12)
